Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. PeopleHub uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and make the platform work. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

2. Essential cookies

These are required for the platform to function. Without them you could not sign in or stay signed in.

  • Authentication session — stores your sign-in session so you stay logged in securely. Deleted when you sign out or it expires.
  • Security tokens — protect against unauthorised access and cross-site request forgery.

3. Local storage

We use browser local storage to hold your authentication session details and interface preferences (such as theme). This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.

4. Third-party services

If you connect Google Calendar, Google may set its own cookies during the sign-in process. Those cookies are governed by Google's cookie policy. We only sync events you authorise and do not receive those cookies.

5. Managing cookies

Because our cookies are essential for security and sign-in, disabling them will prevent you from using PeopleHub. You can clear stored data at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out.

6. Contact
