Terms of Service — PeopleHub by Trade Centre

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of PeopleHub, an HR and holiday management platform operated by Trade Centre Technologies Ltd (company number 16894959), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. By signing in or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when invited to join a business. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify your employer's administrator immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Upload content that infringes another party's rights.
Attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.
Misuse holiday, absence, or review features to misrepresent your employment.
Interfere with the platform's security or availability.

4. Employment data

The business that invited you controls the employment data entered in PeopleHub. We act as a processor on their behalf. HR decisions — such as approvals, terminations, and reviews — are made by your employer, not by us.

5. Connected services

If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, you authorise us to sync your holiday and absence events with that service. You can disconnect at any time, and we will stop syncing future events.

6. Notifications

We send transactional emails about holiday requests, approvals, and absences to your work email (or personal email where no work email is set). You cannot opt out of these operational notifications, as they are required to manage your employment.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or change features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.

8. Intellectual property

PeopleHub, its branding, and software are owned by Trade Centre Technologies Ltd. You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload, subject to your employer's policies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
